They come in. Take over your app, and strip your hard workers of any amenities you had, such as paid breaks, or being paid for our whole shift even if we work extra hard and finish early. All these are perks we had until ideal took over. We had bonuses in place every 156 hours. They cut those out. Virtually no work, and 0 transparency through the switch. We were told 2 weeks before. Snagwork was an app for employees.Ideal is not. Employers give us PAID breaks, and they won't allow us to take em

The transition from SnagaJob to Ideal wasn't great. They cut the pay rate, the frequency of pay, and PTO in the form of bonus pay after every 156 hours. Notifications of shifts pop up 1 by one. No section to see strikes if any. Perhaps the app is designed for iPhone not droids.

Has virtually no work.snagajob had more...was pointless to go through the process
