I have to recommend against using this service. It shouldn't take 3 times to complete the identity verification due to your app glitches/failures. First time: completed the entire process to activate my account including the call. The Ident specialist I talked to didn't really know what they were doing. App froze after, crashed, Expatrio claimed I never did it. Second time: Started over, Ident specialist answered & just hung up. App crashed. Third time: finally worked after another crash.

My money is stuck and I can't use it and I don't know what to do. Used to be great, but since introducing the pass code feature it keeps bugging and crashing. I deleted the app and downloaded it and made sure I'm on the latest version, but it keeps happening. Each time I try to check or activate my blocked account the app crashes directly. I've raised a request to the CS team and waiting for a solution.

Worst service! For blocked account activation i have done 3 TIMES postident verification still it is stuck. I havent getting any proper help from expatrio team too. Steps i followed: On app,went to banking tab (status:awaiting activation) clicked on activate button (status : identity verification waiting) Went to postident office, verified myself. Just after doing verification, status changed again to "awaiting activation" with activate button (which makes no sense). 8 DAYS,No progress
