*Faulty for $400? No thx, retured.* I wish I had read recent reviews before purchasing. I've been trying to install the initial updates to start using the meta app n I keep getting this error message that my phone can't connect to the temp wifi. Terrible 1st impression. I did everything suggested and it won't work. "Can't Complete Update Your phone can't connect to the temporary Wi-Fi network your glasses use for things that require a faster connection. Restart your glasses, then try again."

Hello there! We understand that you had some issues with your glasses. We suggest you to try a couple of troubleshooting steps: Force restart: Press and hold the capture button then slide the power switch on. Keep holding the capture button until the LED turns on. Absolutely a refined quality product and super useful tool. As an audiophile I can't get enough of these glasses. Battery life is great, transition lenses could be a little darker and quicker ( hopefully they can sell replacement better lenses in the future) and they are comfortable for all day wear. That said the improvements keep coming via update, keep up the great work 👍🏾

Update: just lost all the photos taken by the glasses because the app update disabled photo and video transfer. Had to factory reset and wait a week for an app fix. Why is there no simple way to connect a cable and transfer? This app makes good hardware bad. Videos from Instagram do not save and disappear. Phone will not connect and will not transfer photos
