Whether you’re out adventuring in your Ram vehicle, relaxing in the comfort of your home, or just about anywhere else, the new Ram app lets you stay in touch and helps you stay in control of your vehicle like never before. Need to contact your dealer? No problem, use the My Dealer feature to find your preferred dealership’s address, schedule service appointments, or call them directly with the touch of a button. Easily access your vehicle’s info—including the owner’s manual, service history, and more—with the My Garage and Digital Glovebox features. And stay up to date on open recalls using the Recall Alert so you’re always one step ahead. If your vehicle is equipped, you can remotely start or stop your vehicle, lock or unlock the doors and activate the horn or exterior lights. You now have access to more services than ever, ranging from entertainment to available Navigation, safety and security, and more, all combining to provide new levels of convenience and the peace of mind you deserve. Some features are also available on compatible smartwatches, including the Wear OS watch. Wear OS watch app is a companion app to the mobile app.

You are responsible for using remote features in accordance with any laws, rules, or ordinances in effect in your vehicle's location. You must have an active subscription to Ram Connect, SiriusXM Guardian™, or Uconnect Access in order to use remote services. See Terms of Service for service limitations.

I am paying for the guardian features that don't work. I get zero updates from this app. I have had a trouble ticket in with them since Aug 30 with no updates as to the status. After 30 days I called to get a status update only to be told they were working on it and to not call back. I won't be renewing until this works and cannot recommend to anyone.

It all sounds good online, but there is very little benefit to this app. The information is either incorrect or does not update at all. UPDATE: Once your 3 month trial subscription expires, the only options available are the owners manual and recall notices. It's not worth the time it takes to download it to keep it. AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS USELESS.

Uconnect App worked flawless but now I am required to use the RAM App. The problem is the info like fuel miles until empty is wrong, it does NOT display all 6 tires like the other App did, and I do NOT get my monthly Health Reports on the RAM App. Update: all 6 tire pressure is now displayed and i receive health updates. Fuel miles to empty on the app is still incorrect and never changes.
