Worst airline app possible. I'll only fly Frontier as a last option because it's so bad. The app won't let you click on documents that it says you need to Fly International. The app has persistent issues while adding luggage/seats, and every time you have to redo it, the checked bag goes up in price. You can only use their trash app because there's no full online version that you can go and resolve issues. If their app is this bad, then how much can you trust their planes?

You can't use the app to change flights. I tried for 3 hours. I tried to call but it was zero help. I tried the chat it was also zero help. My wife and I are traveling for cancer treatment this has made it harder for both of us. I respectfully request that they make it easier to change a flight date. We had to buy new one way tickets even though we paid for the ability to change the day. Cancer is hard enough with appointments and traveling. Now having to spend money because of the app.

I keep getting network connect errors when I'm trying to check in. When I run the app, it tells me I need to update (which I already have), takes me to the app page where I only have the open option and then that opens the app again with no error. Update - Now the app crashes whenever I try to look my booked flights.
