App keeps crashing, I typically can say I like the app, however as of late, I keep getting an error message saying, "unable to access the authentication service" and "Please try again". At this point, I have not been able to access my fry's app for about a month. What can I do to fix it? I've sent y'all an email about my concern, but figured I post here as well in case there are others having the same issue. Thank you in advance.

I don't see an option to report a problem within the app. The app will direct you to clip a coupon, then you check the coupon box to clip and it says "coupon not available", but still keeps popping up. Also, if you try to purchase something for pickup on the last day of the sale, (when the store is still open), it won't give you the current sale price. Also, when you have already redeemed a coupon, it still shows up as if it's available to use, but only if you click "shop deal" you see its not.

Your app sucks now! You stopped sending out your weekly ad and only have it available on the app. The problem is that you can no longer zoom in on the ad to actually see what's included in the sale! The "view print ad" banner at the bottom of the page impedes your view of the ad. Fix this!!!!!!!!! It's to the point that I won't even shop at Fry's anymore, because I can't even see what's on sale!!!! 🤬
