About this game

Are you a fan of arcade space shooter games? If so, you will love Sea Invaders, an exciting shoot ‘em up game where you will have to strike hordes of marine creatures following the style of retro games.

If you are looking for retro games and you remember the famous galaga shoot ‘em up you’ll love Sea Invaders. Use the force of the ocean to combat and defend the universe from malicious sharks, giant swamps, evil octopuses… and many other invaders. You are the only one that can stop the invasion!

Check out Sea Invaders arcade features:

• New arcade space shooter.
Sea Invaders brings back the classic shoot ‘em up mechanics from space shooter games with a new and refreshing flavor. It’s set in crazy underwater environments. Defeat invaders like 80’s kids did in galaga space shooter and master your attack and defense competences to beat the final boss.

• Improve your strike force.
You’ll be able to select from a variety of strike powers and special abilities for your character. Improve your attack, health, speed stats... And remember, you can also team up with allies!

• Upgrade your character.
Instead of a spaceship you’ll ride a powerful marine creature. Killing enemies and gathering coins will help you to unlock more characters with different abilities or to upgrade your own traits.

• Enjoy high-quality design.
Colorful and dynamic environments under the ocean. You can expect lots of eye-catching explosions, lightnings and gunfires with inspiration on arcade and retro games.

If you have already mastered your spaceship fighting skills in other retro games you’ll know how to battle the alien takeover. However, now you don’t need a spaceship to lead the combat, just the power of the ocean! The invasion is taking place under the water and the planet needs your arcade skills to make it stop.

Retro games are coming back! Sea Invaders - Shoot ‘em up is waiting for you!

Edited edit: I am embarrassed to say that upgrading my phone resolved the game issues I had. I've had various Android phones for over a decade. During that time, I've installed every kind of game imaginable. This is the only one I've ever rated 5-stars. Ever, in over a decade. All the others eventually get aggravating, and I uninstall them. This game is possibly the finest, purest vertical scroller shooter in the Play store. Yes, there are ads, and things to buy, but they're all voluntary!

Hi captain! We are sorry to know you changed your mind about the game. Both of your problems must be caused by internal issues in the game, we would never deliberately worsen the experience of our players. Would you mind contacting us via [email protected] ? That way we can try to solve your issues and you will enjoy our game again!

Actually a very fun game, but a couple suggestions that would make it 5 stars: 1. Too short - needs more levels 2. Better explanation of game mechanics when first starting 3. Needs some sort of online/multiplayer aspect (see below): a. Could add a weekly/monthly leader board for high score with prizes (make an unlimited mode that gets progressively harder and player goes until they die, then record their score) b. Head-to-head battle to see who can survive longer, or score more.

Actually pretty entertaining, if a little trigger happy on the ad bonuses. The game itself has smooth mechanics and feels like it should to fans of the genre. QoL improvements could be better descriptions before choosing abilities, the option to pay once to remove ads for bonus selections, maybe more settings for customizing controls and sensitivity (although the default controls do seem to work well for me) or even game speed with a scaled reward system (n% speed= n% rewards)
