About this app

Guava empowers everyone to manage their overall health and chronic illnesses. Whether trying to find a diagnosis, or dealing with a complex condition like POTS, EDS, MCAS, ME/CFS, Long COVID, or a mix of multiple conditions, Guava can simplify your life with comprehensive tools and insights.

✔️ ALL YOUR HEALTH RECORDS IN ONE PLACE: Guava helps you import and organize medical records, lab test results, doctor’s notes, fitness devices, journal logs, and much more. Connect the dots from so many different places.

Guava supports uploading CCDA documents, X-rays & MRIs (DICOM), and helps you digitize your paper records too. Upload PDFs or images of your paper records and see Guava automatically extract information with AI record-reading technology, and transform your documents into a fully searchable, easy-to-understand format.

• TRACK YOUR SYMPTOMS: Easily log your symptoms or pain, including body location, and see trends over time. Compare symptoms to treatments or lifestyle habits to discover triggers, see if a treatment is working, and find habits that improve your symptoms.

• MANAGE MEDICATIONS: Never forget to take your meds again. Set medication reminders, track pill supply, and get refill notifications. Easily keep track of your med schedule, and get insights to see what effect your medication has on your health.

• LOG YOUR DAILY HABITS & BODY MEASUREMENTS: Record habits and activities to see trends and correlations. Track food intake, menstrual cycle, caffeine consumption, exercise, weight, blood pressure, glucose, custom factors, and more. Set health goals to optimize treatment or preventive action.

• GET PERSONALIZED INSIGHTS: Guava finds correlations between your symptoms, meds, lifestyle, and more. For example, discover if new medications affect your mood or if certain foods or even the weather triggers flare-ups, migraines, etc.

• TRACK YOUR PERIOD & PREGNANCY: Log your cycle and receive period and ovulation predictions. Get reminders for when your period is coming, if it’s late, when you’re ovulating, and your fertility window. Enable Baby Mode to track pregnancy milestones, symptoms, and health data. Discover trends and correlations between your cycle, symptoms, medication, mood, and pregnancy progress.

• PREPARE FOR DOCTOR’S VISITS: Pull in logging and medical information to create a customized summary for your provider of your overall health, symptoms, meds, and conditions. Add requests, questions, and assessments you may have leading up to your appointment so you remember it all.

• SYNC FITNESS AND MEDICAL DATA: Guava connects to popular fitness and medical apps and devices to sync everyday health data like steps, heart rate, and glucose to your Guava.

• BE PREPARED FOR EMERGENCIES: The Guava Emergency Card expedites care by alerting first responders to your conditions, allergies, and medications that impact care.

YOUR SECURITY AND PRIVACY: Guava is HIPAA compliant. We take your security and privacy seriously. We do not sell your data and we follow all applicable law. Read more here: https://guavahealth.com/privacy-and-security

Absolutely the best health tracker I've used. I have a few chronic conditions I'm trying to better understand and this has been so helpful (and honestly makes things feel more hopeful when I can track patterns with my symptoms and pain). Just the right balance of not overly complicated yet very comprehensive. UI is great too!

I have a lot of chronic health issues, both physical and mental. I also have memory issues that go along with that. I have tried books where you log your information but I would forget the book exists or just never fill it out. Guava seems to track everything. And even connects to your health care provider records. I like the insights too, but that is a paid feature. There are A LOT of things you can do with the free version! I've used it for a few days now and no glitches!

Been using only for a couple of days, but I find it extremely helpful, useful, and relatively easy to get started and use. Lots of great features not locked behind paywall, no ads, HIPAA compliant (HUGE plus), and the appointment prep tool is absolutely fantastic. Got the recommendation from a tiktoker with MCAS and very glad I checked it out. Hopefully I'll still be consistently using it in a few months and will update my review then.
