I just started using this app, but so far I like it. very easy to create your own workouts. if they don't have the exercise in the app you can add it. Cons: if you do a work out like planks and want to hold it for a min, you have to use you own timer. some exercises that should be in the app are not. I have not tried any of these workouts yet. I was only looking for an app to use to track the workout I was supplied by a trainer.

Overall very disappointing. The workout programs seem really good & I like the variety of exercises. But it Doesn't actually keep track of your progress in a program. Doesn't record reps, sets or weight (even though app claims that it does) even argues with you about manually entering PR's because it claims it's put in automatically. If you don't push the right series of buttons, it won't truck that the workout that you did was from a certain program, only that you trained legs...

I was pumped to see a ton of workout plan variety initially but once I narrowed it down to at home/dumbbells plans they were very limited. Which isn't a fault of the app, maybe just not their demographic. Improvements I see are, add feature to track your start/stop time for hold exercises. Demo videos don't explain what 1 set is. Is it left side, right side, both sides, in and out, both? Could also use more views of exercise to see how it should be from front or side view, not just diagonal

What's new

We train to be better than we were yesterday, so it’s only right that the Gymshark Training App keeps getting better too. We’ve taken on your feedback and made some changes to version 2.52.0

Now you can see all your previous Gymshark 66 challenges and see how you’ve progressed.

Added several bug and performance improvements so you can continue to smash your training goals.

We’re not done yet, but keep your feedback coming and we’ll continue to build the best workout app yet.
