exceptional protection, at a rate no other company. an give. Whenever, I have called no matter what the needs, the staff has always been very polite helpful and professional. In todays fast moving society, Customer service has been lacking the personal experience. Replaced by automated algorithms, and off shore answering services 1. Hagerty offers the best in the industry rates and customer service.

Wanted: insurance card access. After signing in to the app, it wants you to sit through an automated call system. Too many hoops to jump through. Uninstalled and paper copy printed. Consider updating this function to be more seemless for the user.

It does not recognise my email to which my account is attached, the "help" within the app does not work. When I try to contact someone in regards to these issues, the contact link does not work. Basically it does not work at all. A bit frustrated as a new member of Hagerty and the app does not work
