I can't believe the awful service I'm getting with my 6-month-old Honor X9B! I took it in for the green line issue, and the service center said they didn’t have the parts. I was told to come back next month, and when I did, they created a job sheet but didn’t give me a copy! Now it’s been over 78 days, and I still haven’t heard a word! Customer care is useless and has no information. This is absolutely unacceptable! How can a company treat customers this way?

My old phone installs an old version. My new phone installs the latest. Old phone cannot connect to the new phone even on manual mode.

It regard my device as old phone(sender) and no option to change to be new phone(receiver)
