Managing Your Account:
Your privacy and control over your data are important to us. If you wish to delete your account, you can easily do so directly within the app. Please follow these simple steps:
- Account Tab -> Account -> Delete account - Tap the 3 checkboxes then tap Delete. - Enter your Wyze account password again and tap Delete. Upon deleting your account, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers, and you will not be able to recover any data associated with your account.

Out of 5 cameras, 2 experience frequent connectivity issues. 1 even more so than the other. I can view the cameras just fine on a another app, so it's not the cameras, but the app, regardless of what device I am using to view the app. Sometimes clearing the cache and FC the app will bring it back, but not always. It also does not always record events. Like a car. When it does record the event, it generally identifies a car going by as a sound and not a vehicle. Disappointing to say the least.

If you love to wait around for minutes at a time for a camera to connect to live viewing only for it to crash, freeze, or never actually connect, love restarting cameras, and love troubleshooting, well, this is the app for you! Been 'trying' to use these cameras for years and finally had to invest in something else. If you are fortunate and can pull a solid stream up, it's a great picture. Everything else sucks. SD card recording absolute joke, even with paid subscriptions.

I got this system initially because I could use my own storage drives in each camera. That was soon disabled and I was pushed to a "service plan" to be able to view more than a still image. Bait and switch. Once I finally caved, the notification settings are more than impossible to get set correctly. Even if i muted a camera, it would override and still send notifications. Certainly not worth the cost.
