Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual terms.

• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period

I purchased a 1-year digital subscription, including a year's worth of back-issues for free. Sounds great, right? WRONG! There is no way to print a chart to work from. What is the point of even having a digital subscription?! If I could have given this app zero stars I would have. I have requested a refund. I'll go back to getting my magazines through Zinio.

Dishonest and unhelpful app and company. NO hard copy of pattern possible - you can only view it within the app (not even on a computer or large screen, only on a mobile device). With a digital purchase of a pattern from any other maker or publisher you can print out a hard copy - not this. And they do NOT make that clear until after the purchase, and do not respond to questions, comments, etc. Complete radio silence. If you want a hard copy you must buy the physical magazine - in which case you don't need this worthless app. And pray your magazine doesn't get lost because they won't respond to that issue either. Would also give 0 stars if I could.

It was great until it wasn't. I had to get a new phone and everything transferred fine. I am not sure if the phone change is the issue or that February had 29 days this year. March's monthly subscription failed payment on March 29th (with 2 valid ways to pay). I also made multiple attempts to pay manually. I even tried to uninstall/reinstall app. After 2 messages to support, they say there is nothing that can be done and to order through their website. Very disappointing !!!
