had an issue and they refunded me in a while. super customer support. i bought a data package for azerbaijan, doqnloaded it and redeemed coupon to make sure all is set as I arrive at destination. Turned put that package was enabled in my own country.. complained via email, no answer given, just a refund in a few minutes. great customer support. if ypu buy this, download app and redeem code ONLY at destination

Payed for and installed a data esim that never worked. Customer support is non existent and no details online on how to check APN config etc. Have had loads of sims for roaming from there providers that work no problem. Won't be using instabridge again, waste of money.

There are no settings, you cannot change anything, you cannot remove payment details once added!! They charged me for data I did not use! They refunded me the money in the end after I sent them a complaint. Still, be cautious when using this application. They can charge you at any moment and you don't have a lot of control over usage or billing.
