I'm glad I was given this as a hand-me-down and didn't purchase it. The app/camera combo rarely seems to work properly. It's constantly "trying to reconnect" for no good reason (network not down, Internet is working, and camera is secure). I shouldn't have to unplug/replug my camera many times a day. For the amount people pay for the camera (and subscriptions if they choose) for it to be this buggy and glitchy is absolutely ridiculous. You're better off with a cheaper camera that isn't wifi.

Horrendous app. Background noise doesn't stay on overnight and defeats the purpose of having it. They locked simple features behind a subscriptuon. Wish I c.uld rate negative stars. Password requirements are absurd. All it says is "password not strong enough" regardless of how many mixed up numbers symbols and capitals that I add. They are here for predatory profit. Do yourself a favor, go with a different monitor

Worked well the 1st year I had it. Since the renewal it's been nothing but problems. For an entire week, I had no analytics because the app didn't collect anything. So it just shows "not enough data" as though my baby was not in her crib. The video not only disconnects it just keeps spinning or shows "local only"... Mind you, NOTHING HAS CHANGED, not the crib, not the internet, not the settings, nothing. Suddenly all these issues! Temp is wrong my baby was already sick in a cold room!! Nonsense!
