Successful Suicide
I used Zain but their coverage was poor. Mobily had good coverage but weak offers. Lebara seemed balanced, so I switched my Zain number to them. I deactivated my old SIM through the Lebara app, thinking I could easily get a new one starting with 057. But at the store, they said I’d have to wait a month for a new SIM. When I tried to reactivate my old one, I got an ‘Invalid ICCID or PUK’ error. It's frustrating to wait so long for a simple request. Lebara should make getting a new SIM easier.

It won't let me check my plan's details. The app work ok for the most part but it lacks details, and values are high, especially considering that there are no signal bars almost anywhere. Edit: I keep losing small amounts of balance when I switch to another phone. I can't see my package's details and forcing me to update consumes data!

I downloaded the app. I put in email address and password. It wouldn't let me in. It said email address was incorrect (it wasn't) and it said mobile number was invalid (it wasn't). It also said password was incorrect (it wasn't). I can get into my account through the website ok so why does it tell me otherwise on the app? Absolutely useless!!!!
