PursueCare provides telehealth addiction recovery services. We offer judgment-free, comprehensive, and convenient virtual care for opioid, alcohol, and other substance use disorders along with treatment for co-occuring mental health conditions.

You’ll receive immediate access to a team of addiction and mental health specialists including physicians, psychiatric providers, counselors, and Case Managers. Treatment often begins within 48 hours of signing up. Our in-house pharmacy delivers medication directly to you. We accept most insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid, and offer low-cost, self-pay programs.

What You Get:
1. Video appointments with clinicians who can prescribe medications such as Suboxone.
2. Online addiction counseling and mental health therapy.
3. A care team dedicated to supporting you on your journey.
4. An in-house pharmacy that ships low-cost medications directly to you.
5. Access to the details of your treatment plan from your phone whenever you need.
6. Ability to chat 24/7 with your care team members right from the app.

Make It Happen:
1. Create an account and fill out your profile by answering some basic questions.
2. Meet with a Patient Access Specialist to complete your profile and set up your first appointment.
3. Have an initial appointment with a prescribing clinician who will assess your needs, create a personalized treatment plan, and write any necessary prescriptions.
4. Connect with your Case Manager who is there to help and support you.
5. Start your journey to better health and a better life.

What To Expect:
Treatment happens on your time, wherever is convenient for you. You will have access to on-demand check-ins with your Case Manager, at-home drug screenings, self-assessments, and regular therapy and MAT appointments. During these appointments, we encourage you to bring up any questions or concerns you might have.

PursueCare does not let any third parties track user data and we do not disclose protected health information for any reason other than to facilitate care. We do not collect and sell any data to third parties for advertising or other similar purposes. We neither record patient visits nor store data from patient video visits on their device.

The app isn't as impressive as the service it provides! The app has its issues, during my appointments the video recording flips my image upside down/ halfway sideways when in a zoom appointment and it's distracting, sometimes I get dropped unexpectedly, or it won't let me log in for awhile.

When it goes right it's great! Except that seems to be 1/4 of the time. If there are app issues that interfere w appointments it's a nightmare bc you call, message, call, message and no response. I don't think they understand how extremely anxiety inducing it is for vulnerable patients. This is literally life or death for us. 1 return to use bc you are left without meds and can't take the withdrawal could be death. Feeling completely ignored and the fear of no meds is horrible beyond words.

I have been using the PursueCare app and services since its inception. I love the convenience of having an entire care team with pharmacy services all in one place with the best option being no traveling! I have never encountered any technical issues or any personal issues! Top notch app from a top notch Healthcare organization that truly strives and cares about patient care!
