As others have reported, it just stops working; uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Never any indication that it's synchronizing with the cloud management system, so I don't know whether the problem is on the parental units to the cloud, or from the cloud to the Qustodio app, though I suspect the latter. Never did work well for SMS monitoring: only about 1/3 of the texts show up, and some users are never shown. Time limits did work at one point, but now they've stopped. Contacted support: they said reinstall. I did. No change. Pretty much useless for any real monitoring. Look elsewhere. Android 5.1.1 on an LG Zone 3 VS425.

Once again the stupid thing stopped working on the kids device. They are using WAY more time than they are allowed and other than GPS updates, I have no clue what app(s) are being used. Ugh, app is really starting to annoy! It's suddenly eating up time on the device when the device isn't even in use. So now I have to go and hope another uninstall/install will "fix" things and remove restrictions in the meantime so the kids can actually use their device. When the phone has been on a charger since 9pm the night before and you wake up and have NO time, it's just broke! This app is still a big disappointment, have not seen any real improvements in the last couple of years. Kids still continue to be able to use their device well past their allowed time. Split screen seems to allow ability to bypass when device is locked. Really need ability to whitelist certain apps to be available after time limit. Give ability to quickly disable all apps except the whitelist. But I'd be happy if it was just reliable. I wish I could find something better.

We have not been impressed with Qustodio. At all. We at first thought the app would be great. It has all the features we wanted. But after a few weeks of having the app, the restrictions we put in place are changing on their own. Sometimes right before our eyes. Such as a specific app being blocked and becoming unblocked on its own. Also, the restricted times becoming unrestricted on its own. This has been very frustrating and there is no way to contact Qustodio directly.
