S became a detective to avenge his father "R".
He was a police killed by a serial killer 10 years ago.
In the end, neither could the police uncover the case.
"S" feels the incompetence of the police.
S became a famous detective later, and while she was investigating on a case, she discovers a “wooden button” with a snake carved on it that looked like what was found in R's belongings.
S hears unexpected news while investigating on a case centered on the “wooden button,” a clue that she discovered in five years.
For five years, 'tree buttons' still remain in many places in unsolved murders...

Only one episode is free, the others must be purchased individually (it gets expensive!) I found this game plays best on tablet, cause some scene differences are nearly impossible to see on a phone. Also, the English translation is a bit poor and that makes it much harder to understand the story and therefore identify the criminal. Good concept & art but flawed execution :(

Great art style and story telling! I've only completed the first case so far but I'm enjoying the game quite a lot. They did a great job that even after all the evidence was gathered it wasn't immediately apparent which suspects could be ruled out. The questioning was a lot of fun, too. The game also doesn't require you to spend money or watch 20 ads to be able to progress. At least it hasn't until this point. I watched a total of 3 ads to gain hearts so far and made no purchases.

I spent a lot of time playing this game and I absolutely love it!!! I had it completed by the next day! I would give it 5 stars... However, I was pretty upset when after 3 cases and a few back stories, I saw that the rest of the game wasn't completed... Not to mention that if you want to keep playing, you either have to watch an ad after each puzzle, or shell out some cash. That was really the only thing that upset me. But I can't wait to see what happens next!!
