Once you’re booked on a cruise, plan your entire vacation from the app. Reserve shore excursions for every port, purchase or upgrade beverage packages for endless toasts, and internet packages to stay connected while at sea, though the app is free to use on ship Wi-Fi.

Put together a relaxing spa day... or days... and make dining reservations at distinctive specialty restaurants. Explore other pre-cruise deals in the casino, check out VIP Passes and make your cruise truly special with gifts and gear. And don’t forget to link reservations with your travel party so you can make plans together.

Set sail like a pro

As your cruise approaches, use the app to check-in and qualify for the fastest boarding experience. Before you head to the terminal on boarding day, begin your mandatory safety briefing and access your set sail pass.

To plan all the fun, find all the shows and activities in the Daily Planner and build your personalized calendar. We’ll even remind you with a notification when you have plans.

Be sure to smile for the camera because you’ll be able to view, purchase and download your photos right from the app (on select ships). Use the app to find your way around with detailed deck maps and chat with your travel party through group or 1-on-1 chats. You can track your onboard expenses in the app (or not... you’ll be on vacation, after all) and learn how to book your next cruise while onboard for the best deals.

After your cruise, you can continue to track your loyalty status and perks, keep up with the latest and greatest from our family of brands in the video library, and start planning and booking your next cruise. Because we know this won’t be your last!

Not only is their website awful, but this app is even worse. Half the time it doesn't work, the other half it just returns blank screens. Every time I open the app it it has a different layout or they change the navigation, or they change the icons etc. A great number of links don't work, etc. I have cruised with many cruise lines and Celebrity's app is definitely the worst one in my experience.

The chat feature in this app is just ridiculous. We just disembarked from Celebrity Reflection, and chatting with my spouse using the app was pointless. It took over an hour for a message to be delivered (if at all). This problem is not limited to the Reflection. Since 2021, we've sailed on Apex, Summit, and Beyond, and the problem occurred on every ship. Otherwise, the app is great for daily activities, dining options, etc.

The app is very informative, a five for that feature. It has a few negative aspects. 1. Because it is constantly updating the schedule, it consumes a very large amount of battery power. 2. It was often slow. 3. If an activity occurred more than one time, often if you clicked on the second or third time, it would show the first time instead of what you picked. 4. Sometimes the schedule features disappeared and you had to get tech support to fix it. 5. Sometimes back would take you out of the app.

What's new

With this release, we launched the ability to use gift cards during check-out in the app before cruising, redesigned the Guest Profile page, and streamlined activity categories in the Daily Planner. We improved the app's speed and usability, and fixed bugs. Make sure you turn on auto-updates, so you can keep up with all the ways we improve the app.
