Fantastic app! Love it. Better than all the other apps I've ever used. But I have one issue, one day randomly, my app stopped working. I uninstalled it and reinstalled, that didn't work. My problem was simple, it would try logging in, type my password and email, click sign in and it would reset and bring me back to the "sign in or sign up" page when you first open the app. But I can login on chrome. Weird.

They decline every single transaction on my debit card the first time. They send a text message making sure it was me that made the transaction. I reply yes, then it works the next time. This happens for every single debit card transaction that I make. There's no way around it. It's so annoying every time. It's never been fraud and it never will be. Their 'fraud' department is pointless and should all find different jobs because what they're doing right now is pointless and unnecessary. Awful..

I've been very happy with SoFi since I switched about a year ago. However a warning, mobile check deposit will not work for me as it gets stuck on a loading screen after a photo of the front of the check is taken. When I contacted customer service the agent told me "I don't have any troubleshooting for that".

We recommend deleting/reinstalling the SoFi app to ensure the latest version is downloaded. If that doesn't fix the problem, please let us know what smartphone and operating software you're using so we can troubleshoot.
