The app is easy to use, but very deceptive practice to put an automatic 20% tip on each order well below the pay option pop up. Would be good to have receipts to prove you ordered something through the app. Love the food here. App needs work.

Had ordered through the app a number of times but at some point it stopped adding to my rewards. Now looks like they've rolled out a new reward system which caused me to lose my entire balance on the old one.
