I have been using the FITTR app for two and a half years now. If you are consistent it can be very very helpful in habit forming and changing. They have had a few updates to their food items library for diet tracking. It's gotten a lot better but the interface could still be better and faster. For example, there is always a "Tip" at the top of the daily diet tracking page to track foods in raw form. You can exit out of it but it shows up every single time you get back to that page.

Absolutely love the app. Have been using it since 2020. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Lots of features relating to your fitness such as diet, workout and being able to see all your progress in one platform. Also being able to interact with other people thru posts and chatroom provides a big help to anyone looking to improve or start their fitness journey.

Coaches are fantastic and help set up great routines for diet and exercise. The app is also very good. I would like to see the workout section improved where it's easier to see what weights/reps were done last time for each exercise instead of going back to find when you did the exercise last. Overall very good app.
