The app and website is slow and difficult to work with. I have tickets listed for sale, but I can't edit the listing, it just spins and spins and spins. I've tried different browsers and computers. I cannot even get to the listing to show up in the app. This is what happens when we allow a company to have a MONOPOLY! We are forced to use their mediocre apps and services with MASSIVE service fees. There are no alternatives. There is no competition and, therefore, no reason to innovate.

Absolute WORST experience with an app. Had everything required done WAY ahead of time. Account, payment, etc. Waited in a queue for over an hour, when it was my turn to pick seats it booted me out and would not let me do anything. Lost my chance at a once in a life time opportunity. Thanks ticket master, do better!

Transfer tickets, entered number. It transferred them to Japan because it didn't tell me I needed a country code when entering number. Quickly cut and paste and got intended recipient to get it. It crashes on each purchase saying, "It's not you, it's us". I redo and buy tickets. Then it bombards me with notifications several times a day saying I left my tickets behind. They show up as bought in the app. Fix this nonsense.
