I love the cameras and was very happy with the app. However, after your recent updates, it's almost as if you are deliberately causing inconveniences to line the customer up for another PAY-TO-REMOVE/USE feature. I am extremely annoyed at your constant reminder every 5 minutes that my "viewer" has been running for 5 minutes. It completely Interups my live stream on my home display. It is extremely unnecessary. If you feel the need to implement it, you should at least add a toggle off option.

This is a HORRIBLE app!!! This is not a replacement for the Kasa app. It doesn't work! Takes forever to connect to camera feeds; times out when accessing camera SD card data; constantly disconnects from devices when they are on a different Wifi. Unreliable app motion notifications. Can't use Alexa controls reliably using skill. I can't think of one thing this app does well!

Wish the quality was better and video wasn't as glitchy even at low resolution. I have strong internet connection. So, don't understand the glitches and quality degradation in video and pictures. Guess I need to invest un better product or get an upgrade. As far as sporting movement and motion, it does well. Also, I like having sd card storage on camera directly instead of solely depending on cloud storage.
