I loathe this app. I have over 70 vacation hours as the year is coming to a close, every time I open the "my time off" tab to put in a request, it takes me to a blank screen. Not to mention it makes you log in again every few weeks, good luck remembering your password because it makes you change it all the time too.

It has become increasingly difficult to log in. While the option for fingerprint sign in was available at the start when I first used the app, the option has since been rendered useless every time I open the app, despite it still being in the settings as a choice. The fact that simply signing in has become more and more inconsistent leaves me with no room but to rate this a one. Add 11/21/24: Issues are consistent from last review. Paystubs were unavailable to view as a PDF after a recent update

Hi Jacob, thanks for letting us know you’re having an issue with logging in and using the fingerprint option. We recommend that you try clearing your app storage and cache.The navigation is Settings > Apps > UKG Pro > Storage > Click Clear Storage and Clear Cache.. No auto login; frequently have to log in twice in a row (??); frequent difficulty finding what I'm looking for; and if you have to change your password every 6 months like i do, getting it to forget the old one so you at least don't have to type both it and your username in every time is a nightmare! Oh, and God forbid you switch apps for a second, even to look something up, cuz you'll have to log on again. I hate trying to use this pathetic app.
