The absolute worst app EVER! At first I was able to use biometrics to log in. That stopped working. Then you get stuck in an infinite loop trying to log in or grant access to use the chat feature! The interface is the most confusing. You spend an hour trying to view your bill. I got the Fios internet it's great when it works. So I switch my cell service to them as well. Bad choice! But tech support is a joke! Verizon also has the worst customer service ever!

This app is complete garbage. It keeps making me sign in again and again within a single session, after I tell it each time to remember me. They've buried the monthly bill-pay feature in a location that's completely counterintuitive (and I refuse to do automatic payments because those have a way of continuing after cancelation). It's all just pitches for upgrades and special offers. This app is all but completely unusable.

The app is almost as bad as their 5G home internet, crashes a lot and is very slow when it finally does work. Phone service is almost as bad as the app, slow when it works and also likes to crash. 1 star because verizon as a whole is not very great. Difficult to even get customer service on the phone, and when you do they're not any help most of the time.
