About this app

Orburis has partnered with Team HARD, a major competitor in the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) to produce a watch face based on their BTCC steering wheel. An essential accessory for Team HARD fans!

Key features:
- Steering wheel rotates with the wearer’s wrist movement
- Sky colours change through a 24 hr period
- Animated shift lights
- 81 colour combinations
- Team HARD logo on wheel boss
- Time, Date, Health and Watch Status information

Details:
Note: Items in the description annotated with a ‘*’ have further details in the ‘Functionality Notes’ section.

There are 81 combinations of colours – nine colours for the time display and nine background shades. These items can be independently changed via the ‘Customise’ option, accessible by long-pressing the watch face.

Data displayed:
• Time (12h & 24h formats)
• Date (Day-of-week, Day-of-month, Month)
• Short user-configurable information window, suitable for displaying items such as weather or sunrise/sunset times
• Battery charge level percentage and meter
• Battery charging lamp
• Steps goal percentage and meter
• Step count
• Distance travelled (miles/km)*
• Heart rate (5 zones)
◦ <60 bpm, blue zone
◦ 60-99 bpm, green zone
◦ 100-139 bpm, white zone
◦ 140-169 bpm, yellow zone
◦ >170bpm, red zone
• Animated shift-lamp sequence runs every 10s and all shift-lamps flash for the final second. After each 10s period within a minute one of five smaller lamps lights until all flash and reset in the last second of each minute.

Always on Display:
- An always-on display ensures that key data is always displayed.
- Custom time and background colours are preserved, background is dimmed

Two pre-defined buttons (see images in the store):
- Calendar
- Disable/Enable shift-lights

Three user-configurable app shortcuts (see images in store)

Multilingual support for day-of-the-week and month fields:
Albanian, Belarusian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English (Default), Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Icelandic, Italian, Japanese, Latvian, Malay, Maltese, Macedonian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovenian, Slovakian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese

*Functionality Notes:
- Step Goal: For users of devices running Wear OS 3.x, this is fixed at 6000 steps. For Wear OS 4 or later devices, the step goal is sync’d with the wearer’s health app.
- Distance Travelled: Distance is approximated as: 1km = 1312 steps, 1 mile = 2100 steps.
- Distance Units: Displays miles when the locale is set to en_GB or en_US, otherwise km.

Note that a 'companion app' is also available for your phone/tablet - this is only provided to facilitate installation of the watchface on your watch device.

What’s new in this version?
A number of small changes in this release:
1. Included a workaround to display the font correctly on some Wear OS 4 watch devices, where the first part of each data display was being cut off.
2. Step Goal changed as described in Functionality Notes section.
3. Removed the ‘measure heart rate’ button (no longer supported in the development suite)

We hope you like the Team Hard watch face!
