I wish it would give a better confirmation of when my payment went through, like showing a confirmation or warning of duplicate payments. It was confusing. I went through a browser and found out I made 3 duplicate payments.

Said I was in disconnect after I paid because it didn't process my payment for 4 days from my bank so I paid with my debit card from the same bank then it took double payments but 1 payment still wasn't processed but taken out of my bank account. Kept saying I was in disconnect but I have a 0 balance due.My bill is different from what is on the gas company computers so I got a large bill that kept getting larger even after I have been paying.

This app is horrible. Doesn't take Visa! Who doesn't accept Visa? The app never takes off my payment so it looks like I never paid it when I did. Michigan Gas & Utilities keeps charging me for a late fee when I already paid my bill. This is a bad app! Very disappointed!
