Absolutely beyond frustrated with the inability to get transactions completed. I am somehow flagged as a "Risk" and everything is declined. I can no longer even call in and pay over the phone. For a service that is supposed to be convenient, it's the worst!

I have to use Jpay/Securus/Aventiv (MO DOC) & wish there was a choice. Part of my disdain is for the prison censorship, it is ridiculous. It's different for each prison facility in MO, but FCC has to be the worst. Add in the junky tablets (takes 3-4 days for msg delivery), the phones are AWFUL, especially in an open bay house. PLEASE become quality competition, in QUALITY TABLETS & CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT, CLEAR WIFI CONNECTIONS!WU could easily take over Securus. MAKE THE LUCRATIVE INVESTMENT!

This app has so many gliches!! So frustrating, it times out, it doesn't load, it won't send. The old Western union app worked better but now it won't work to send to an inmate. I guess I need to find a new way to send money
