I would give the app a higher rating if they would ever fix the issue with the balance not updating when a new transaction occurs while you have the app open and signed in. I always have to sign out and back in to the app to get the balance to update. I've emailed them three different times about it over the course of about a year and a half. Hasn't been fixed yet. Seems like it should be a relatively simple fix.

**UPDATE: I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. This seems to have fixed the problem so far. I will keep an eye on it. This is the second time the app stopped giving me notifications on my phone. It only sends me emails now. I've changed it in tge app to give me notifications on my phone, but it still doesn't. And the phone number listed here is customer service. How exactly am I supposed to get technical support?

The app needs some serious servicing because it has been an inconvenience when I need to log into the account, I can't. It puts me in a serious bind because I keep my card locked & of course I have to log in, in order to unlock the card. Other than that I do absolutely love my WoodForest Bank. Thank you & I hope to see future improvements with this banking app.
