Crashes Every. Single. Time. With all the brilliant course 6 students, can't they find anyone to fix it?!? (Edit) aha! I peeked at the crash report and figured it out. This happens if the "affiliation" field in your profile is empty. If this happens to anyone else, try entering something in that field.

This app is an utter embarrassment considering that it represents MIT. I'm an alum setting up digital access and am encountering successive usability problems. Currently in an infinite loop registering my mobile ID. On a day when the campus is supposed to be open to all, but is not. Hire a competent app developer and usability expert, FFS!

This is probably one of the most ill conceived apps on the market. For starters, a mobile app that requires 2FA via text message to your phone. Why even bother? Once you get into the app the "proceed" button on one screen (the very first screen) is the "log out" button on the next screen (the personal information screen). This button then becomes the "proceed" button on the next screen (where you fill out the health attestation). This must have been some Freshman's intro to app design final. D-
