At first application didnt want to open up, every time I had to reopen it few time to make it work... After some time it stopped and application worked fine until one day I couldnt log in with my password and had to contact bank. They reseted my app and told me that I need to go directly to the bank to get new key. I went to bank to be told that they will send me key for few days.... After 5 days they messaged me with key to write in app to work again but there is nowhere to write it....

Couldn't even open it because of "emulator" message. RBA mbanking, as well as idirect for business, is seriously lacking in comparison to other apps from other banks now.

One of the most difficult processes to get set up. So not customer friendly.
