WAY too many ads!! And it only got worse as time went on. That's why I removed it. Plus, it really doesn't keep track of your weight loss. At the end of each exercise group, it allows you to update your weight. But it doesn't keep track of any progress or regression. Added with the extremely high number of ads, I found no desire to keep it around.

Hello! Advertisiments are set specifically not to interrupt your workout and they appear when you are not exercising. On the other hand, you could always use our app ad-free by subscribing. Also, you can track your weight loss or gain process on the progress page. Have a great day!

The reviews of this app are great, but I would say an app called Loose Weight would be more geared towards beginners (which it isn't). I personally try to work out every day (I'm an advanced beginner) so I chose a normal workout plan, but exercises like 210 s mountain climbs, 240 s back kicks, 90 s chair dips, etc. are almost impossible to complete without taking a break. And the timer in the app lies too, each exercise takes at least 30 min, even though that day plan says something like 17 min.

Hello, there is a rest period between each exercise so you can take a break from the exercises. You can also try a different plan because our trainers have carefully prepared plans with difficulty levels. If the plans don't work for you, you can always create your own. These exercise minutes are calculated excluding rest periods.
