This app is so convenient and makes it easy to schedule a ride and see the arrival time of the driver's. It's absolutely great, and Lyft is much cheaper than Uber. If at all I have an issue with a driver, they respond by text or email promptly. What's great is you can choose which sex of the drivers you want, male or female. Lastly, you are able to view the driver and, of course, the license number, which helps.

What kind of app doesn't let you have a place to contact a person or leave feedback? Well this one. How does a transportation app not get the concept that when you're leaving an airport, you are trying to get a ride from arrivals. At the Piedmont international airport when you pick up your baggage and request a lift it tells you to go to departures. What? That makes zero sense. I do not want to go up an escalator with my luggage. So I always have to ask the driver to come down to arrivals.

Consistently has issues with showing correct current location. Multiple trips tried showing "current location" as a previous trip's origin point, and would not update even after multiple restarts of the app. I only use Lyft when Uber prices spike due to high volume, and will continue to do so until this app works as intended.
