Can't take screenshots. The only way to contact their office when overseas is by telephone. There is no 0800 number, WhatsApp or email, just an 09 number. Very expensive. It connects to a Phillipine call centre. The staff are useless. Incapable of giving a correct answer. The exchange rates are not favourable. That's how they make their money. This is not Air New Zealand. It's Mastercard in the UK.

Love the images and graphics! Pretty good except for the following pain points: bank transfer option isn't possible, pass code never arrives when you're abroad (even with resend option), can't add the onesmart card to your Google Wallet. Beware of the exorbitant currency conversion rate so best to load the currency you need rather than using NZD when you're out of NZ. I do like that you can transfer between currencies. Never remembers your password but could be a security measure.

Had issues with the card to start with however customer service sorted. Otherwise easy to use. Easy to top up and to shift currency. Just remember your credentials became you only get 3 attempts to login then for security the card gets suspended then you need to call the centre to get it unlocked.
