None of the collected information identifies you personally. The information collected will only be used by Apple to improve the quality and performance of the Beats app as well as Beats products.

Ich versuche jetzt zum x-ten Mal, die Firmware meiner Beats Pro auf zu aktualisieren. 5 Minuten zusehen, bis das Image übertragen ist um dann eine Fehlermeldung zu sehen, dass das Update fehlgeschlagen ist. Keine weitere Info, warum. Auch sehe ich keinen Ladestand, ich werde immer wieder in meiner Apple-Manie bestätigt... Und der super Tip mit dem Rücksetzten hat auch nichts gebracht. Erinnert mich wiederum an Microsoft, "Neustart hilft immer" :-(
