How we track your progress:
- TECHNIQUE - we analyze your distance per stroke, stroke rate, and stroke index at 5 different intensity zones to measure whether your technique is improving.
- FITNESS - we measure your swimming speed in 5 different intensity zones. If, over time, you get faster within the same training zones, that means your training is working and your fitness levels have improved.
- ENDURANCE - similar to fitness, we measure your swimming pace in different intensity zones to analyze whether your aerobic and anaerobic endurance improve.
- READINESS - using scientifically based models, we calculate the training load of your sessions, providing you with valuable data to make educated training decisions.
