There is a problem in Heart rate check. When I click on BPM on the screen, "Checking for heart rate data.." is shown. However, Nothing happens on the back of the watch(Tickwatch e) (i.e. no green laser light at all). Eventually, 0 BPM all the time -_-; . This watch sucks.. I would like you to refund to me.

I hope if there is a switch to change main screen infos like heart beat rate.

I don't know. Why my watch not show up heart rate and step count all the time 0. Watch design I like it.
