Chaugdi is a very known game called a “Court piece” trick-taking type of game. This game originated in Iran or India. It is sometimes spelt Coat Peace, Kot Pees, Chokri, Chakri, Rung or Rang. This game is mostly played in two versions which are respectively called Chaugdi and double Chaugdi.
Gameplay : 13 cards distributed to each player. From which they have to select the Hukum(Triumph) card whenever their turn has come. There are 4 players there to play this game. When the game starts, 13 cards are distributed to each player; after that, they have to throw the card to start the gameplay. In that throw the winning card must contain the maximum value or hukum card itself. This way the game is going on and at the end of the game the winner will be decided as per their score.
Winning strategies : We must throw the card with the maximum value among the other player’s cards to win that hand of cards. We should throw the trump card with winning strategies to win the game.
