* Make sure: Connect watch with phone via bluetooth.   "Allow watchface to access sensor data about your vital sign".  If you don't receive the popup message (for the first apply watchface). Some time may need to switch other watch face and switch back this watch face to get that message. Please long press on the watch face, select Customize/Complicaition to ensure full permission for the watch face. Keep the watch on your wrist and tap heart rate area and wait a moment and for the heart rate monitor to work and display (this may take some time).

* Installation Notes:
1. Clicking on the small arrow at the INSTALL button and just select a name of your watch from the INSTALL drop-down menu to install watchface on your watch.
After a few minutes, the watch face will be switched to the watch: check the watch face, the Wearable app installed on the phone or directly on the watch.
2. The phone/tablet/chromeOS app just serves as an add-on to make it easier to find watch faces on Google Play for WearOS watches.
If you have the application installed on your phone, you can click the INSTALL ON WATCH button, wait a moment when you see the message displayed on the watch, then press OK to install. (You can also press the INSTALLATION GUIDLE button to view the installation instructions, or press the CONTACTS button and choose a form that suits you to contact us, if you have any questions or suggestions)

Alternatively, try installing the watch face from your computer's web browser. Or open Google Store on the watch, search with keyword as watch face name, for example NTV562 and install watchface.
Please, any problem on this side is NOT caused by the developer.

This watch face supports all Wear OS devices with API level 28 or higher.
