Account got Frozen, they will not explain to me why. And I have politely asked over the course of 4 weeks. I also had half a week of premium left when they froze it. Very bad customer service. 0/5 stars

I remember using HER in 2018. Back then I had a way more smooth experience with the app and actually got a relationship out of it. Comparing it to now, the app has become absolutely terrible. I've never come across something as hindering and annoying as 'being out of likes' or 'being out of swipes' and having to wait a whole day to use the app. It is as if its their goal to make me use another app instead, which I gladly will do.

Een mega misleidende app. Moet betalen voor elke functie behalve likes en berichten. Ik zou zoveel likes moeten hebben maar 0 matches, zelfs zonder afstand/leeftijd limiet. Ik zie erg veel (cis) mannen toegelaten op de app waardoor deze app nog minder betrouwbaar voelt. Jammer
