🔹Intermediate Course

Simplesmente o melhor app gratuito de meditação disponível. Uma sugestão apenas: junto com o "current streak" disponibilizar um calendário dentro do app mostrando os dias em que meditamos. Ajuda a ter uma noção melhor de longo prazo. Obrigado.

O melhor aplicativo que testei até hoje. Gratuito, mas que merece a doação para mantê-lo. Excelente didática e trilha de aprendizado. Pena que apenas em inglês, o que limita o aprendizado para uma boa parte dos não conhecedores da língua. Parabéns aos idealizadores desse projeto. Minha experiência de melhoria de foco, atenção ao momento presente e calma estão sendo surpreendentes.
