It just doesn't work as it's supposed to. If I need to log and pass doesn't work, I can't reset it (reset password feat just doesn't work). If I want to create another account then, it just doesn't let you. Besides, number of music/programs went down like crazy. I dunno, it just looks like a abandoned app. Maybe it is, now that they are working together with Philips... Just sad, because it's a great phone (that's why I couldn't give just 1 star...).

Hard to make the app to work at all as it seems to be partially incapatible with my Nokia phone. So I use it with a tablet instead. The UI doesn´t seem to allow me to set sleep times!!!!! I managed slowly and painstakingly to change this on the strange circle control. (Please have a look at this as it is awful.) Also bluetooth pairing was more tricky than I am used to but I finally go this to work (you seem to need to keep logging in so need the Internet at all times). Having managed to get this up I used the (nightbuds) headphones for normal listening. They seem good and potentially comfortable but ... I couldn´t get a good night's sleep with them. Partly this is because the app starts and stops in unpredictable ways. I have tried to contact the returns department but so far they do not reply. I am starting to worry that this company is not reliable. The headphones and app may work for others and the soundscapes are nice but customer service so far is awful. ... This could be a good app but currently the implementation is very flawed.
