The application is designed in such a way that children can accidentally activate a code for only one group of characters, and while exploring how to open the correct group, they lose access to the group that was accidentally activated. The application is designed so that the code received in the box can easily be lost (not phisicaly), and customer support says that the code has been used and cannot be reactivated for proper use.

Hello dear Milos. Thanks for your feedback.
When entering a code there is an age check. This is done so that a child without adult supervision cannot open the sets independently. Please help your child enter the code next time.
Also if the code is connected to your account, you can easily restore the content (instructions).

Hello dear Vedrana! Thank you for your feedback. If the instructions are blocked, you can unlock them using the code or unlock content through in-game purchases. Also you can use the free content that you unlocked with your code, as well as other free instructions in the application (each set contains one free instruction).
