30/04/21, Alarm connection keep on and off, seller only ask us check the sim card terminal but didn't guide us how to check at all... Very disappointed... Anyone can help? update 03/05/21, seller will come to check and troubleshoot today... Technician suggest change to internet connection instead of sim card...
