Hello! Here're possible ways to solve this issue:
A) Make sure that Google Play services are fully updated on your device
B) Re-install the game and reboot your device
C) The game should be installed on internal memory of your device, not memory card (if you use it, of course)
D) Try to use different connection sources (Wi-Fi and mobile connection)
