okay I change my rating from one star to three stars. I used this APP to buy a IsarCard Monat, however I can not open it smoothly on my Handy: it always showed that I need to transfer the ticket to my device, but then it always reported an error when I chose to transfer it so basically I could not display the valid ticket on my phone even I do paid for it, which is really frustrating. Today I called the customer service and the staff there was very friendly and patient, and he fixed the problem, at least at this moment I can open the ticket by another APP provided by S-Bahn. Hence I decide to change the rating thanks to the good customer service. Anyway I hope this APP can be improved (the average rating is 1.9, which is really not good enough).
