Hi! Please tell me, didn’t you try to reinstall the app? For this, it is necessary to delete the app from the device and upload it from Google Play again. Reinstalling, photos from the Prisma gallery will be deleted but if photos are kept in the phone gallery, you can import them and edit them in Prisma again.
