首先,如果能切換語言是再好不過的事了。第二,試用了一天覺得對初學者來說太難。不僅動作只有3個,還要各做25分連續不間斷;光是一個爬山式做完就累到不行了…這無法給我持續做下去的動力,支撐不久,果斷放棄app

You can access the free training section by clicking on the stopwatch icon at the bottom of the app. Here you will find many of our signature workouts, as well a library of single exercises. For additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via [email protected]. #ClapClap
